Wellneck does not have a return policy but does have an exchange policy on Men’s & Women’s plain T-shirt. You can exchange any of these products within 7 days after delivery of the product. For any exchange, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Customized / Printed / Pet’s products are not eligible for the same.
Defective products need not be sent back to us. If you have received a defective product, send us images at email@example.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Quality Check Team, the new product will be provided and shipped the next day after being confirmed by our team.
The product will be accepted for a exchange only after it is verified & approved by the Quality check team. We may refuse exchange where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Being a small business enterprise, we focus more on quality and charge for the same, so we request our customer to bear a nominal shipping charge while sending any exchange product to us. Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to do so.
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
For any order cancellation (only on non-customized / non-printed products), please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your order details and your order will be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order then.
If in case any wrong / defective products delivered we can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or customer should wait until the product is back in stock (usually takes 2-3 days).
